At Ready2Chef, we are committed to delivering quality products and excellent service. However, given the sensitive nature of food items, our refund and return policy is as follows:
Cancellations and Refunds (Before Shipment)
- You may cancel your order and request a full refund before the product is shipped. Please contact us promptly with your order details to initiate an refund. We will initiate a full refund of the paid amount after due deductions of any payment gateway/bank transaction charges as appropriate.
No Returns or Refunds (After Shipment)
- Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. This is to maintain the safety, quality, and integrity of our food products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with evidence (photos, descriptions). We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution (replacement or partial refund).
Exclusions
- Returns or refunds for reasons like taste preference or delayed delivery (due to logistics beyond our control) are not covered under this policy.

Damages and issues
