If you received the wrong item.

Drop us an email with your order id and the picture of the damaged product at hello@ready2chef.com within 5 days of the date of delivery. Our customer delight team will help you with your queries and resolve it at the earliest.

If you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

You can cancel an order within 3 hours of placing the order. Email us at hello@ready2chef.com for the same.

In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you.

Shipping charges on purchase.

Shipping charges apply on the products you buy, based on weight/your location and other conditions. As our platform is for bulk purchase for wholesale customers, there will be multiple shipping options with least cost/timelines of deliveries which may need alignment before shipping the product. Our customer service team will be in touch with you to align the best shipping mode before each delivery. The shipping charges will need to be paid by the customers while receiving the shipments.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines.

Confirmed orders will be shipped from our warehouses within 3 to 5 days, depending on stock availability and will be delivered within 5-15 days depending on location of delivery. While we will endeavor to make the deliveries at the earliest, for delays beyond our control, such as those caused by natural disasters, strikes, or courier service disruptions, we cannot be held responsible. However, we will keep you informed of any significant delays and work diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
