Delivery
Local van, or transport to your city.
Nearby, we deliver in our own vehicle. Outstation, we book your parcel with a transport company and give you the LR number the same day.
You choose: collect from the transport office near you, which is cheaper, or door delivery, which costs a little more but saves the trip. We quote both.

Common questions.
Do you deliver to my city?
Yes. We send orders by transport all over India — VRL, Delhivery and others, whichever is best for your area.
Send us your pin code on WhatsApp. We will tell you the transport cost and how many days it takes, before you place the order.
Which brands do you supply?
We supply the brands professional kitchens already know and trust — across spices, staples, sauces, beverages and kitchen items.
We share the brand-wise rate list directly with you once we know what you buy.
How do I get rates?
Message us on WhatsApp with your city and what you buy. We send the rate list with pack sizes and minimum order.
Rates are not put on the website because they change with pack size, quantity and your location. One printed rate would suit nobody.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. It is different for local delivery and outstation.
The minimum is for your benefit. Transport companies charge a minimum amount per parcel. On a small order that becomes a big share of your bill. Above the minimum it works out properly. We tell you the amount with the rate list.
Why advance payment for outstation orders?
Because that is what keeps the rate the same for a kitchen in a small town as for one in a big city.
Giving credit far away means risk and collection cost. Suppliers who give credit do not absorb that — they add it to the rate, and everybody pays for it. We would rather not charge you for something you do not need.
Who pays the transport?
You do, at actual cost, shown separately on the bill. We add nothing on top. That is how we keep the product rate the same wherever you are.
Can you get an item that is not on your list?
Usually yes. Tell us the item, the quality you want, pack size and any certificate you need. We check with our suppliers and come back with a rate and how many days it will take.
If we cannot get the right thing, we say so. We will not send something else instead.
What if the parcel comes short or damaged?
Get it written on the transport company's LR at the time of delivery, before you sign. Then send us photos.
That writing on the LR is what makes a claim possible. After that we follow up with the transport company for you. We also weigh and photograph every parcel before sending, so there is always a record.
